Ippy is a Well-being company incubated at IIT Madras. The seed idea originated from the founder’s personal experience of lack of meaning, purpose and identity at work. He took his personal quest to academic research to explore ‘What makes work and life meaningful’. Ippy is an outcome of this quest.
