We focus on various aspects of Well-being such as Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Personal Mastery, Virtues and Health. Equipped with academic research background our services are grounded in latest research from Positive Psychology.
We also offer programs for school kids to enhance different aspects of well-being such as Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Knowledge, Character and Wisdom.
